Payment, Shipping & Returns
We offer standard shipping to all European countries via DHL. Once your order is shipped you will get a confirmation email along with a tracking code and an estimated date of delivery.
Currently we offer the following Payment Methods:
- direct Bank Transfer
- Cash on delivery (for this payment method we charge and extra 8,50 € in addition to the shipping costs)
Normal delivery within Europe usually takes 2-4 working days. Due to the impact of Coronavirus the current delivery might be delayed for a few days.
Same Day Shipping
Orders placed and paid before 12:00 pm between Monday and Friday will be dispatched on the same day. There is no shipment during the weekends and holidays. However it is possible that due to numerous orders some packages will be send out the next day instead of same day.
We charge a flat shipping rate depending on the country of delivery. The shipping rate also depends on the weight of the package. A package can weigh up to 30 kgs. within the flat shipping rate. We also offer free shipping for a minimum order value. See the table below for minimum order values eligible for free shipping.

Any discount vouchers apply only to the total cart value and not delivery cost.
We check our products thoroughly for manufacturing defects before dispatching them. However the items can get damaged during shipping. Therefore we only accept claims for items with manufacturing defects or damages that are not self-made. If the jewelry is damaged during usage by the end consumer (your customer), we will not take this into account. We are wholesaler not retailer, and we are not responsible for end customers.
If items are delivered broken or wrong products have been added to the order...
- please email us (to firstname.lastname@example.org) within 15 days of purchase and remember to write down the order number (or invoice number) as well as the item name (or item number).
- We require photographs of the defective items or wrong items.
- However, if the items arrive broken at your customer side, we can not consider it. For there is an extra shipment between you (retailer) and the end customer. We are wholesaler not retailer, and we are not responsible for end customers.
In case you do not like the purchased items and would want to return them,
- we accept only unworn items with original packaging for such return requests. Without the full original package (including card and plastic packaging) the returned jewelry will not be accepted. Jewelry is considered a hygiene product especially the earrings. If the package is opened fully, someone could have worn it, and we do not wish to resell those to our next customer.
- Please fill out our Returns Form (which you can find under My Account once you have logged in) within 15 days of purchase. Fill in all the relevant details of the returned items and attach pictures as well. We will review the Return Request and send you a confirmation email. Only then send us your returned items.
- The shipping charges for the returned products will be borne by the retailer.
- Please also include the invoice in the package and mark the returned items on the invoice. Without the marked invoice, we cannot process your return.
Promotional sale items is not eligible for return or exchange.
Once we verify your request, we will send a confirmation email to you.
We offer the options of

- a new replacement delivered with your next order.
The refund money will be returned to the debited account within 7 working days.
