Q: What materials are used in your products?

We have a variety of products made from different materials. All items are nickel and lead-free that do not cause any skin reactions. The base metals used in our jewelry include Copper and Stainless steel.

Our gold-plated jewelry items are made of 14k gold. The thickness of plating varies between different products but the plating remains intact for a long period of time if they are well cared for.

Our stainless steel items are made of 316L and do not lose color up to 1 year of usage. Our Premium Collection boasts of thicker plating and longer durability.

Q: Can the jewelry be worn for exercise?

Our jewelry is made of high-quality materials and does not lose its shine easily. We would however recommend not wearing our jewelry items while exercising and showering as the water PH may have adverse effects on the items and cause discoloration.

Q: Can I use my own logo and sell under my own brand?

The packages are all with the Dottilove logo/brand. You can keep our packages and sell them if you want. If not, you can just repackage. You can sell the jewelry under your own label.

And for the jewelry, most of the earrings are not engraved with our Dottilove Logo. But the necklaces and most of the bracelets have a small plate at the end and these plates are engraved with the Dottilove logo. And for those necklaces and bracelets, you can remove the plate yourself if you don't need the plate.

Q: Can you engrave my own Logo/Brand on the jewelry?

We can, of course, engrave your brand logo on the metal but the turnaround time is greater in that case (approximately 5 weeks) and the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 80 pieces per color and per model.

We can also make separate branded packaging for you, for which the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10000 pieces each. This is because the packaging for necklaces is very different from rings and will have to be produced separately. 

Q: Can you customize the jewelry designs for me?

Customizations depend on the design and material. In this case, the delivery time would be at least 3 months and minimum order quantity (MOQ) will be 300 pieces per model and per color.

Q: When will the items that are sold out be back in your shop?

The out of stock items are usually restocked within 4 weeks. On every product page there is an email notification function that you can use to tell us your interest in the item. But some old items will not be back for sale and those old ones will be removed from our website. We try to let you know about these products via email. If you have questions about specific items, please feel free to email us.

Q: May I use the product photos from Dottilove?

Please kindly send us a permissions request e-mail to info@dottilove.de, and include a link to your website or social media handle. We will have to take legal actions against any unauthorized use of our product images on your website or social media without proper accreditation to image copyright owners or models in the images.

Q: Why can't I see the prices and why can't I order?

To see our prices, you must first register and wait until we have verified your account. After registration, please send us your business licence or website link to: info@dottilove.de and we will verify and activate your account. Once you receive a confirmation email regarding your account activation as a retailer, you will be able to see the prices and start ordering.

Q: I have already registered, why can I still not see the prices or order?

Due to high demand or technical problems, the activation of your account can sometimes take more than one working day. We ask for your patience and to contact us if you have not received the confirmation email within 3 days after registration. Please remember that we cannot verify and activate your account without your business license. Send your licence to info@dottilove.de.

Once your account is activated as a retailer, you might have to to log out and login again on the website.

Q: Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, our minimum order value is €50 (excluding VAT).

Q: Do I have to buy a minimum number of each jewelry item?

We do not have a minimum quantity requirement for an item. You can also buy 1 piece per jewellery item.

Q: What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 18:00.

Q: I am from Belgium/Luxemburg. How can I buy Dottilove Jewelry?

Retailers from Belgium or Luxembourg can buy jewelry from our dedicated distributor in the region. Please contact Mr. Goossens of JPG Marketing, and they would be more than happy to assist you.

Q: I am not a retailer. Can I also register and purchase from Dottilove?

Unfortunately, we currently only sell to retailers. However, you can search for a dealer near you on our Retailer list.

Q: What happens after I order?

If you have paid directly with Paypal or iDEAL or credit card, the order / package will be sent the same day or the day after.

If you have selected Direct Bank Transfer, we will send you an invoice after your order. Please transfer the payment only after you have received our invoice. Sometimes items sell out too quickly and we have not been able to update the stock on our website in time. In such cases, we have to change the order value. Therefore, wait for the invoice before paying. Please also enter the invoice number in the comments section when making payment. We will send your package after receiving the payment.

If you have opted for cash on delivery, we will dispatch your order on the same day or the following day. Please note that an additional cash on delivery fee of €8.50 will be charged in addition to the shipping costs.

Q: How can I edit/change my order?

Please always check the items in the shopping cart as well as the payment method and address carefully before placing a payment order. Once you have placed your order, we cannot make any changes to your order.

If you wish to add anything extra to your order, you will need to place a new order.

If you wish to cancel your order completely, please send an email to shop@dottilove.de.

Q: Do you offer drop-shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer dropshipping in Dottilove.

Q: What payment methods does Dottilove offer?

Currently, we have Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, iDeal, Sofort, Bancontact, GiroPay, direct transfer to bank and cash-on-delivery (COD) options. For Cash on Delivery payment method, we charge an extra 8.50 € in addition to the shipping costs.

Q: Why is my order cancelled?

If you have selected the payment method as Payment in Advance, we will send you an invoice by email. Please check the invoice and make the payment as soon as possible. We will email you a reminder if your payment has not been received within five (5) working days. Please note that it can take up to 2 working days for bank transfers to show up in our account. The open order will be canceled if we have not received payment within 7 working days.

Q: How much does the shipment cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the country of shipping and weight of the package. For more details read our shipping policy here.

Q: Do you have free shipping?

Of course! Minimum order values for free shipping are stated here.

Q: Will my order/package be sent the same day?

As long as you order and pay for your order before 12 o'clock from Monday to Friday, the package will be dispatched the same day. Please remember that there is no shipment during the weekends and public holidays. However, it is possible that due to numerous orders some packages will be sent out the next day instead of the same day. 

Q: How long will it take before I receive my package?

We always try to dispatch your orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery could take 2-4 days. Due to the impact of Coronavirus the current delivery might be delayed for a few days.

Q: How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking code via email once we ship your order. You can also find your tracking code on your Account page > Orders > View.

Q: I don’t like the product I have brought. How do I return it?

You are of course allowed to change your mind. For details regarding return of such products please read our return policy here.

Q: The jewelry I have received from Dottilove is damaged or defective. How do I return or exchange it?

Q: Do I have to pay for the return shipping?

The cost of returned products is dependent on the reason for return. For reasons other than damaged merchandize or unordered products the retailer will have to bear the return shipping costs.

Q: How long does the return process take?

Usually, we transfer the money back to the debited account within 7 working days. Exchanged products are shipped within 2-3 working days. For more details read our return policy here.
